Yellow Weather Warning Issued for Heavy Thunderstorms in Cyprus
The Greek Cypriot Meteorological Office issued a yellow warning on Monday for isolated heavy thunderstorms, primarily in mountainous areas, as well as inland and northern regions.
The warning is in effect from noon until 6 PM.
According to the service, hail may also occur during the storms, with rainfall intensity expected to range between 35 and 55 millimeters per hour.
