The incident occurred when DEM Party Mersin Deputy Ali Bozan, while delivering a speech from the podium, accused members of the AK Party of “committing theft.”

Fistfight Ensues

Following this accusation, AKP deputies approached the podium, leading to a scuffle between Bozan and the AKP members. The confrontation quickly escalated, with some deputies exchanging punches.

In response to the chaos, Deputy Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye Bekir Bozdağ adjourned the session.
