Head-On Collision on Girne-Tatlisu Main Road Motorcyclist Hospitalized, After Severe Crash with Concrete Mixer.
In the traffic accident that occurred at noon on the Girne-Tatlısu Main Road, a motorcycle and a concrete mixer collided head-on.
The police’s statement regarding the accident is as follows:
“On 01.09.2024, at around 13:00, between 6-7 km of the Girne-Tatlısu Main Road, the motorcycle with the license plate VZ 825, driven by Feyami Hakan Binici (56), was traveling in the direction of Tatlısu.
Upon reaching a left-leaning curve, he lost control of the motorcycle due to carelessness, veered to the right side of the road, and collided with the concrete mixer with the license plate YR 651, driven by Izzat Charyyev (55), who was traveling in the opposite direction.
The driver of the motorcycle, Feyami Hakan Binici, was injured in the accident and is currently receiving treatment at Girne Dr. Akçiçek Hospital.
The investigation is ongoing.”
