During a routine traffic check by the Traffic Teams of the Güzelyurt Police Department on Manisa Boulevard at around 20:30, a passenger in a vehicle with the license plate JZ 109 was found in possession of drugs.
The passenger, identified as ASAI (E-28), exhibited suspicious behavior, prompting officers to conduct a search. Approximately 3 grams of a substance believed to be cannabis were discovered and confiscated as evidence.
According to the Police Press Office, ASAI was subsequently arrested.
The investigation is ongoing.
