The depreciation of the Turkish Lira, driven by persistent inflationary pressures, has worsened following the assassination attempt on US presidential candidate Donald Trump.
As of now, the US Dollar has surpassed 33 TL, the British Pound has reached 42 TL, and the Euro stands at 36 TL.
The current buying and selling prices of these exchange rates in the TRNC free market as of 10:30 AM are as follows:
- Dollar/TL: 32.85 (buying) – 33.18 (selling)
- Euro/TL: 35.80 (buying) – 36.15 (selling)
- Sterling/TL: 42.60 (buying) – 43.05 (selling)
